(Review of Omni Khaos by David Mongeni)
Hello, I am David Mongeni. This is my first review. So, here goes.
(GRAPHICS)
Omni Khaos has okay sprites, they are not missing any animation and the badnik sprites are not missing anything either. But there isn't anything special about the sprites, they look just like the other Fan Game sprites, aside from the edited Knuckles sprite that makes the character known as Red XVI. But also, this game suffers a common glitches in fan games, when you land from a jump the sprite gets into the ball animation.
Sometimes, the enemy get stuck and the characters stuck to the walls The backgrounds are different, some actual Sonic game background and some from some where else.
(SOUND)
The sounds are normal, has the jump sound, getting rings sound, dying sound, etc...The music on the other hand is the best part of the games.
Music from Offspring, Sonic SatAM, and Sonic games.
The intro music is the best.
(GAMEPLAY)
The controls are good as well. The only problem is with Sonic's roll, it comes out a little short.
The characters all do just the Spin Attack, no specials or anything.
The game itself is pretty forward, you just go through the levels and at the end it's either a boss or just the end of the level.
A few of the levels have a great design.
Some of the levels are different, like the truck level.
The bosses are difficult, except the final boss, which is easily cause you can't die.
The story is short, but is alittle good.
It's another alternate Sonic Adventure, and what I mean by that is a story that involves Eggman freeing another big, scary, powerful, monster.
(LASTABILITY)
And here it is folks, how long would this game last? And the answer is...
About an hour or two! Anyway, because it was a rushed game, it is short.
I really just played it for the story.
(Bottom Line:)
This would be a great game if it was not rushed. You can tell it was rushed by not being able to play as Tails and the fact that Sonia and Manic are on the title screen.
But because of the Graphics and the Sound, I give it a B.
RATING - 6/10
(Review of OMNI Khaos by TGF Team)
This game is Red's first, according to the Read Me, and it's amazing. To make matters even more interesting, he does some nice MMF features using TGF!
Let's check out my review...
(Graphics)
The graphics are wonderful. The only SEGA - made graphics are the character and badnik sprites.
Everything else is totally original, and it looks wonderful.
One thing I noticed, especially, were the fading effects used in the intro.
I wasn't aware fading was possible in TGF until I played this...
9/10
(Sound)
The sound is decent. The music is original, which is a very nice touch.
The sounds themselves are from previous Sonic games, but that's alright - they sound good, afterall.
One sound bug I noticed, though, was that if you continuously hit Jump, it keeps playing the sound, instead of just once per jump.
Other than that, sound is good.
8/10
(Presentation)
The gameplay is very nice for Red's first game. While the characters don't have all of their special moves, the ones they do have work well.
Ring loss isn't perfect, but is better than in most fangames.
8/10
(Gameplay)
The presentation is great, which is expected from Red these days. The opening cutscene is pretty cool, and the speech of the characters is a nice touch, as well.
This game is all about originality, and it captures that idea to the fullest.
9/10
(Conclusion)
Needless to say, this is a very nice game that everyone should try. It's even greater that it was made in TGF - I loved it.
I give the game a 9/10.
Keep up the good work, Red.

(Review of OMNI Khaos by Matty Hedgehog)
This game was pre-MADventure for you newcomers.Like most of the Red XVI games this is a dark game featuring some rather cool grahpics for the backgrounds and boasting an orignal music composed by the game's creator.
so what do I think read on!
(Graphics)
The backgrounds are original other people reviewers say but strangely they remind me of edited S&K; Death Egg Zone but I don't know why!The backgrounds are cool and look like you're in space!
The sprites are more common, Red XVI (yes another creator in the game) is an edited Knux Sonic is from Sonic 2 and Tails (I think) from Sonic 3.
Also Knux is from Sonic 3/k.
Red suffers a bit in the running department which leads me to suggest it's original was from Sonic Y2K.
(Sound)
Same sounds as any other Sonic game with the classic jump.WOOOOPPP!!!
But then comes the main theme it's a heavy metal song in WAV format but it's not garbled, it's in excellent quality.
Most of the music is original except for the SatAM theme which is a remix and sounds rather cool.
(Presentation)
The presentation is good with fading something TGF could not without the CN'C add on.The sprites are quite well done (bar the REd XVI knux run).
(Gameplay)
STUCK IN A WALL SYNDROME!!!The old bug is here too and is very contagious too.
Sonic can now roll (quite in a early game) but is rather buggy.
The ringloss is there but also buggy.
(Conclusion)
A good game let down by TGF bugs which I hope will be cleared in the new MMF.FINAL SCORE - 9/10
RATING - 9/10
(Review of OMNI Khaos by Saiyajin Hedgehog)
Righto, for it's time this was a great game - at least in my opinion.I remember being quite new to the SFGHQ, downloading this, and thinking, "Coooool."
However, with a better quality of games than there use to be, I'll write this review as dictated by comparison to current work, instead of going along with my previous, "for it's time"..
(Graphics)
From what I can best tell, most of this is composed of a few original platforms from Red and Sonic 3 platforms. There are a few nice little effects added here and there(the flying-star effects, for example) which aren't too shabby as a bit of extra eye-candy.
Other than this, there's nothing especially eye-catching.
Sprites are pretty standard - Sonic 3, with a few edits on Red himself, obviously.
(Sound)
I've always wondered just how much of the music in this was originally composed.I know there are one or two tunes from Red himself, mixed in with an Eminem track(Oh, how could you?), remixes and tunes I really can't put my finger on. The sounds are pretty standard, Sonic 3 all the way, baby...err, I think.
(Presentation)
Overall it's a pretty nicely laid out game. Everything's neatly put together, the options screen really made no sense at all since it had characters there which weren't even in the game.. not much more to say.(Gameplay)
Oh dear.Platform engine from hell - usual bugs of stop-dead and, as Matty Hedgehog put it in another review of this game, stuck in a wall syndrome. Nothing much added to the characters which made their gameplay stand-out.
(Conclusion)
Overall this is an alright game, even by today's standards it's still playable - though whether it'd get away with that engine is questionable.A worthwhile download if you want something to keep you occupied for an evening, or if you just want to see where it all began.
Goodstuff.

(Review of Omni Khaos by Duckboy
I wasn't sure what to expect from this game.I was a little skeptical about this game when I played the first level, but as I got going, I quickly relized that this game was actually pretty good.
How good was it?
Well...
Graphics: The graphics look really good.
While most are just old Sonic BGs, they are used quite well in this game, like in Buttniks base in the first level.
And the sprites look good too, especially the Red sprite.
(whose red? Keep reading)
Sound: The sound FX are fine.
Normal Sonic stuff.
Where this game works is in the music.
The music in the game is catchy and all of it is worth hearing, but you won't get how good the music is in this game until you hear the music for "The Chase Is On" chapter.
The rock music (performed by Offspring) is a great way to express Sonic's Speed.
Gameplay: This is where the game falls a bit short.
First off, if you have an older computer with windows 98 or somethin, this game goes pretty slow.
Another thing is that fact that there is no static engine, or right-away-acceleration.
So when you hit the ground after a jump, you slow down.
I will hand it to the guy though.
He's a really good level designer, even though it doesn't use the character's speed to their advantages.
When Knuckles' island is falling into the ocean, you must escape from inside hidden place.
Junks of the roof constantly fall from the ceiling, and the camera shakes makin it look like an earthquake.
In another level during "the chase is on" chapter, you must ride on the back of a truck being driven by Tails.
Tons of badniks come from behind you and you have to jump from the truck to the badnik, and onto the truck, or else you'll be come road kill.
Fun stuff.
Presentation: Robotniks uses the emeralds to unleash a powerfull monster.
Sounds a lot like Sonic Adventure right?
Well, the story seems a lot cooler here.
While my crappy computer made the game go somewhat slow, I kept at it so I could continue with the awsome storyline.
On top of that, a new character has been added.
Red the Echidna is a really cool character.
Conclusion: This is defiinatly worth a download. Despite the few kinks in the gameplay, and sometimes cliche' graphics, the awsome storyline and great music will keep you playing.
This get's a 9 out of 10.
MY RATING: 9/10
(Review of Omni Khaos by Red Eye Kitsune
This was one of my first fan game DLs, but even after playing various other ones, I can still say its one of my favorites. The game has a big challenge that keeps you playing, but also has that addictive type of gameplay to go along with it.
It is the type of game that makes you want to pound the keypad, but thats somtin
Graphics: Beautiful level design, great bosses, awesome overall.
The sprites for Red were also very nice too.
The Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles ones were all from the Genesis versions, but they were still nicely used (Tails tail moved as opposed to being locked in one frame).
Sound: Wow, the sound had to be one of my favorite parts!
The original music was fnatastic, and the remix of other Sonic tunes were really fitting to the game!
I loved hearing the Sonic CD theme before the island escape part ^_^
Gameplay: I found the gameplay fairly average.
The parts that I didn't like, were the ones that were hard to beat because of bugs or glitches.
The truck level was an example of this, as it was really confusing on what to do after getting attacked by Metal Sonic.
Besides issues like that, the rest of the game was fairly good.
Had the classic gameplay style we know and love.
I would have loved to see the spindash, or gliding attack, but no biggie.
Presentation: One of the things that stood out ot me the most was how the caracters had the dialog.
The conversations added so much more depth to the game, as opposed to just level after level.
The dialog explained events, as well as helped guide you through the game.
Very nice job here!
Conclusion: Its not pefect, but this game will always be one of my favorite fan games.
Being able to play as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and a cool original character (Red) is nice enough, but when you combine it with a great dialog and beautiful graphics, you get somthing superb, which best describes this game.
Its definatly not without flaws, as I did get annoyed by a lot of the gameplay bugs here and there, but ther game overall is a wonderful and fune way, to waste time on boring Sundays ^_^

(Review of Omni Khaos by Louis/kirby knight
I thought it looked like a great game, and it was...just not as good as I thought.
But its worth the download either way.
Graphics: Pretty good, all old school sonic 3 and knuckles with some others and new edits.
I also liked how every thing shined.
Nothing special.
Sound: Most of the SFX are the old sonic sounds, but the ring and jumping sounds are so anoying!
The music is catchy but I dont belive it was all orginal, because I know I heard some Final Fantasy 7 music.
Gameplay: CRAP.
CRAP!
It's so bad!
'Nuff said.
Presentation: The story is good, but I don't want to spoil anything.
the intro was cool...
but what's up with sonia and mack or what ever being onthe title?
Conclusion: Its pretty good but the gameplay sets it way back.
Download it only if gameplay dosent matter to you a wholelot.

im a new comer to sfghq the first game i downloaded was omni chaos so heres my reviewGraphics: the graphics are great they remind me of a lot of sonic games the only part where the graphics get a bit crappy is when you have to escape from floating island when the screen shakes.
Sound: i cant comment on sound since the sound on my computer is stuffed.
Gameplay: the gameplay is good but you never get to play as tails as a lead charecter.
the first time you verse eggman head on is rather hard to beat once youn have to guide the torpedoes.
Presentation: it has a good but old story line in other words eggmans reviving another all powerful beast but otherwise its good the change of a few charecters is nice but changing metal sonics name is abit of a let down.
Conclusion: its an all round great game i give it a ten out of ten
MY RATING: 10/10
(Review of Omni Khaos by The Dark One
It is a fun game but could be better. The cheat in it lets you see all the levels even if you cant finish them.
Graphics: The graphics are mostly good the edited knux sprite could have been made by a 2 year old.
6/10
Sound: The sound was bearable and sometimes good i liked this part of it.
Gameplay: The gameplay really lets this game down there is no spin dash, glide, fly or anything this really sucks.
1/10
Presentation: The presentation is ok but could be better.
It has a cheat with wich you can skip levels wich is handy.
The onmi khaos at the end is impossible to get hurt by or defeat.
4/10
Conclusion: This game is good but unfinished it deserves the score i give it.
MY RATING: 4/10
(Review of Omni Khaos by Shadowdude4
I like this game cuz its has a compelling storyline and is rather interesting.Unfortunately, I got stuck in the part of Chapter 2 with the maze.
I talked to Tails and don't know what to do about knux.
Anyway...
Graphics: Ok...good old sonic 3/ knuckles pixels.
Backround is good.
wutever.
9/10
Sound: I like the music and such.
The opening is cool.
sound test is nice.
Some of these songs, I recognize from FF,,,but wutever.
10/10
Gameplay: A few bugs here and there.
You get stuck in a wall or two.
And if you fall when fighting the first boss, you dont die... you have to restart.
My biggest pet peeve was ring loss.
If you get hit, you flash for a second and then are vulnerable again...
also, the rings you collect when flashing are not counted-making it impossible to just run though a high risk zone just barely surviving, which i like to do.
Presentation: Presentation: Awesome.
(I dont quite get why those two Sonic Underground characters are in the title screen though).
9/10
Conclusion: ok game.
Really compelling story.
Gameplay is rather buggy though and i have not gotten very far in the game.
MY RATING: 7/10
(Review of Omni Khaos by Zalorus Hedgehog X
Ok, this game, unlike any other, pulls off humour well in a Sonic game.Every other Sonic game I've ever played has suggested (if it has tried to be funny), that it kinda blows.
Not to mention this was pretty good for it's time and back then I worshiped it, just like I do now. =P
Graphics: Ok, a strong and bad point.
Strong = It has a nice movie hud and it uses some nice photoshop effects.... kinda.
Bad = It's kinda corny, especially the truck.
>_< This is a meh point for me...
Sound: Pretty fine, I like it.
It's a bit recycled though...
Nothing much to say about this bit.
Gameplay: What can I say?
I can finish it in 15 minutes, but I love it all the way.
=D The only downer is the primitive technology used for the engine.
It's ok though, I will excuse this because of the "era" it was made in.
Presentation: Presented well.
It comes off as a strong point to me.
Though I don't quite know why Sonia and Manic are on the title screen, but what the hey, the more the... whatever.
Also, it has a nice ending, excellently pulled off.
:D
Conclusion: -Zal 0wt

(Review of Omni Khaos by Potato
OMNI Khaos looked fun, but when I actually played it, it completely fell apart.Graphics: The graphics were very sharp, they were enjoyable to look at.
Sound: The sound was fine, it has some nice music in it.
Gameplay: This is where OMNI Khaos failed.
When I started the first level, it was fine at first, but then I over and over again got stuck in walls, got stuck on the ceiling and then when I finnaly got to the end, nothing happened and I had to replay through the whole level for it to work.
Also, I think it was really stupid how if you beat the first level, and then you get gameover in the second, you have to restart and you dont even get a password.
Presentation: The presentation was great.
I especially really liked watching the cutscenes.
Conclusion: -You should avoid playing OMNI Khaos, in my opinion.
If you really could care less though about getting stuck all the time, and you have a lot of patience, then this would be a good game for you.
