While Sonic QTE 2 had the potential to be a decent game in the TGF Team series, the project was cut short about half-way through in order to meet the release deadline, thus making the game feel unfinished.
What's unique to this title is the art style - all characters, backgrounds, and items are double their normal size, making everything easier to see, and the actual character model for Sonic is considered by fans as one of the best-looking Sonics to date.

(Review of Sonic QTE 2 by Thomas Swift "Swifthom")
Take a game.Send it out and get good reveiws.
Make a sequal.
Get bored.
Scrap the hole thing, but want to use what you have here to continue onto another game.
Hastley think up a short scrappy excuse for an ending.
That is a step by step instructions on how I expect this game was made.
(Actually I peaked on the TGF website.)
Graphics Take QTE.
They are the same but doubled in size!
Why I ask.
It slows the game down a bit, (A LOT).
Apart from that it's not to bad.
Sonic has alot of animations that are fluent.
Shadow looks like Sonic, but black and he's definately evil.
Sound The Music is average.
Can I say more.
I've heard it before over and over again.
I do like the Title screen Music.
It's cooooooool.
The samples are as usual nothing special, apart from the movies where, like Sonic Legendary Chaos, they add to the music.
Presentation The gamplay is surprisingly good dispite the fact Sonic takes up a ninth of the screen.
I was afraid that he might collide with objects to fast, before you had a chance to react, but no, it's ok.
The gameplay is not as good as The Dead Zone or 2099 but is adequately good enough for me.
Gameplay This game must of been made just before SA2 was released, or just as, or maybe just after.
The beggining movie shows Tails rescuing Sonic from an enemy aircraft carrying to a prison
Conclusion A normal/short/tiny/ok game.
What there is is very good but there's not enough of it.
TGF say's he scrapped the game, but I expect he had to release it so he could make QTE3.
Man, am I waiting for that game to come out.

(Review of Sonic QTE 2 by Matty Hedgehog)
Sonic QTE2 is a rather short game somewhat trying to re-create SA 2 with a weird looking Shadow sprite. The zones themselves don't have names so I will just refer to them by their Genesis names.
Basically Sonic has been captured by Eggman and Tails saves him at the beginning and so they try to find who did it.
Graphics From various Sonic games.
The zones used are Isolated Island, Hill Top, Chemical Plant and Sky Sanctuary.
Sonic is Andrew B's sprite, he frowns a lot and also has more facial movement when running.
Shadow is edited version of the Sonic sprite I mentioned above but they forget Shadow's red bits and sticky up spikes.
I think Showoffboy's Sonic and Shadow sprites (the one's I will use in my attemp to re-create SA 2 on TGF) would've been better.
Sound All samples from Sonic Adventure including extra life and item box.
Music is your usual Sonic stuff, although I do prefer Koryan's version of Isolated Island as he did a lot of Knux Chaotix MIDI.
Jarel Jones' Hill Top Zone is quite a change to the overused Jeff Read version midi, it sounds rather funky.
Sky Sanctuary is something we've all heard before.
Presentation No problems here!
There are also speed up points where Sonic can really fast.
I think it's in Isolated Island where you first meet them.
Gameplay Quite good with wipe screens to each different screen.
The movement is good, badniks are a nuisance all part of a Sonic game.
Conclusion
A good game but too short.
Shadow's not done well enough.
Hopefully when SQTE 3 arrives TGF will get better Sonic and Shadow Sprites.
Not a bad try though.
